Bismarck, ND – Petitioners’ most recent challenge to recall Bismarck’s mayor has fallen short again.
Last week, a petition circulator, Charles Tuttle filed a motion in district court. He wanted a judge to schedule a hearing to help determine if the City had the right to eliminate hundreds of signatures on the petition to recall Mayor Mike Seminary.
However, the judge said the motion was not filed properly and did not meet certain requirements. So he dismissed it and will not schedule a hearing.
