Keeping Track of the Water you Use

People in Bismarck now have a new tool at their fingertips, and it’s the first of it’s kind.
Today, the city of Bismarck announced a partnership with Montana Dakota Utilities. You can now check how much water you use through water analytics. This tool can be accessed through your phone or computer.
Going hour by hour, it shows the peak times to help you cut costs.
“It kind of gives you interesting information on what your water use is on weekends versus during the day time. It’s just kind of interesting for a person to know what they’re doing, but it also gives them a tool to track when there’s actually problems that are happening and too much water coming into the home,” says Michelle Klose, Bismarck Operations Utilities Director.
