President Donald Trump is set to visit Bismarck-Mandan Wednesday, September 6th.
Law Enforcement in Bismarck and Mandan are preparing ahead of the visit.
The Bismarck Police department along with other law enforcement agencies have already met with US Secret Service regarding the visit.
They say they will no provide specifics about the meeting because it would compromise safety of not on the President but bystanders, staff and other agencies’ staff.
“The Secret Service will determine the risk and security plan for President Trump’s visit. The Bismarck Police Department is working with Secret Service Agents on security, using a model that has been developed over years of partnership,” says Lt. Steve Scheuer.
