Legacy H.S. student accused of threatening students through Snapchat

A 19-year-old Legacy High School student in Bismarck is accused of sending threatening messages through Snapchat.
The student is charged in Burleigh County Court with terrorizing.

A court affidavit says he made a threat using a meme on Snapchat.
That meme included a statement about using a .45 handgun with hollow point bullets to shoot people.
Several students contacted Legacy school administration saying they would not be coming to school due to fear.

When interviewed by police, the student said the threat was a joke, and it was in response to having been pushed down and having hurt his knees.
