HB 1344 – House Government and Veterans Affairs
8:00 a.m. – Fort Union Room
A bill requiring candidates for office to disclose all campaign contributions and expenditures. Also, a candidate may not use campaign contributions for personal use, i.e. paying off loans, banning it from being used for personal income, and a few other things. Campaign finance law in the state is pretty weak.
HB 1310 – House Energy and Natural Resources
9:00 a.m. – Coteau A. Room
Bill allowing firearms to be carried in school.
The House Government and Veterans Affairs committee will discuss House Bill 1344 – requiring candidates for office to disclose all campaign contributions and expenditures.
It also states candidates may not use campaign contributions for personal use for example paying off loans and using the money for personal income.
SB 2255 – Senate Government and Veterans Affairs

Bill to limit the amount of bills a legislator can introduce.
