Little Black Dress Campaign Raises Thousands Of Dollars

The Souris Valley Women’s United Little Black Dress Campaign had over 80 participants that wore the same black dress for an entire work week.

The campaign helped raise awareness for local poverty and raise money for local non-profits.

This years campaign raised thirteen thousand five hundred dollars and all of the money goes back to local non-profits.

The non-profits benefiting this year are the Children’s Museum of Minot, YWCA, Sober Living Home for Women, Community Shower, and Women United program initiatives and scholarship funds.

The Little Black Dress is annual campaign organized by Souris Valley United Way.
