A 17-year-old was taken into custody in connection to last night’s fatal shooting in Williston.
According to Williston PD, a 17-year-old male was arrested Monday around 4:00 am.
Police say he’s being charged with murder.
He is accused of shooting two men in Williston, killing one of them.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Matthew York of Williston.
The other victim is in critical condition.
The investigation is still active.
