BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck police are investigating a train-pedestrian fatality that happened early Sunday in the city’s downtown.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Scott Betz says officers were called at 12:08 a.m. to the crossing at South Fifth Street. Reports say a man in his early 20s was killed. Betz did not describe the circumstances of the fatality and declined to release the man’s name.
Police do not believe there was any foul play. No other injuries were reported.
