Armani Jimenez, from Dickinson, got a hair cut recently, just a few days after his 5th birthday.
His mom, Bernie Jimenez, said they have decided to donate his hair to Locks of Love for a child in need. They wanted to share this very special moment so that others would become aware of the need to donate.
Locks of Love is a non-profit organization whose mission is to return a sense of self, confidence, and normalcy to children suffering from hair loss by utilizing donated ponytails to provide the highest quality hair prosthetics to financially disadvantaged children free of charge.
