Cattle were on the run on Thursday afternoon after a man driving a semi rolled over while merging onto I-94 from Memorial Highway.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the man, identified as 30-year-old Evan Gross, was charged with DUI and distracted driving.
The truck, loaded with 111 cattle, was recovered by Kist Livestock and police.
Police say the crash is under investigation.
