House fire in SW Minot

MINOT, N.D. —

UPDATE, 4:30: Crews from all four Minot fire stations came out to battle the house fire this afternoon.

Officials say it started just before noon on the 1800 block of Aspen Circle, in Southwest part of town.

When crews arrived on scene, flames were coming from the back side of the home.

According to police, there were people inside the home at the time, but they were able to get out safely.

No other homes were damaged in the blaze. Still no word on the cause of the fire. Minot’s Fire Marshal is investigating the fire.
