The Lyft driver found guilty of two counts of gross sexual imposition will spend 20 years in jail.
Corey Wickham was found guilty during a two-day jury trial in January.
Wickham assaulted a woman in August of 2018 in a car he drove for a ride-sharing service in Bismarck-Mandan.
Wickham is required to serve at least 85% of his 20 years sentence, he will also be on 5-years of supervised probation.
Wickham will be required to register as a sex offender and undergo sex offender treatment while in prison.
