A Minot man pleaded not guilty to raping a 14 year old runaway at the Astoria Hotel where he worked as a clerk.
According the authorities, the girl ran away and was looking for a place where she could use the internet.
At the hotel, 24-year old Mohammed Siddiqui allegedly met the young girl when he offered her a vacant room and then sexually assaulted her.
At the last hearing, the only new information was whether or not he forced himself upon her.
Siddiqui is facing a Class AA sexual imposition and could face up to life in prison if convicted.
A trial date is set for September 12.
