A Bismarck man is being held on $200,000 bond for four counts of gross sexual imposition.
The accusations include forcible rape.
The incident happened March 29th in Bismarck around 9 pm.
27-year-old Brandon Foren is accused of forcing himself on a woman in an apartment on the 100 block of W. Bismarck Expressway.
Police responded to the home where they said they heard a woman’s voice in distress.
Upon arrival the victim told authorities about the attack.
Foren is charged with four Class AA felonies.
