It sounds like it could be a scene straight out of Dumb and Dumber.
Bismarck Police responded to a call of theft on the evening of June 14th. An 82-year-old Bismarck male tells them he was sitting on his couch and heard a noise. When he went to go look, he saw the suspect walking away with the oxygen tank he leaves on the front porch.
The man described the suspect as a white male wearing a powdered blue suit and matching hat with possible white polka dots. He claims he may know who the suspect is but has no way of getting in contact with him.
The oxygen tank is valued at $200.
