Mandan Deputy Chief Paul Leingang Loses Battle With Cancer

Mandan Police Department confirms the passing of Deputy Chief Paul Leingang this morning. He was 54. 

Lt. Pat Haug of the Mandan Police Department put out a statement as follows: 

“At 8:15 this morning, Deputy Chief Paul Leingang lost his battle with cancer.  Deputy Chief Leingang dedicated 37 years to the Mandan Police Department and he will be greatly missed.  Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.” 

Lt. Haug says additional information will be provided later tomorrow after speaking with the family.
