Mandan police officer cited for changing lanes without regard for traffic

News

According to the Highway Patrol, a Mandan Police Officer was patrolling Old Red Trail on Sept. 10 looking for traffic violators.

The officer saw a vehicle make an infraction and attempted to make a u-turn to get the suspect but ended up striking the left side of a minivan, driven by a Bismarck woman.

The woman was not injured.

The officer was cited for changing lanes without regard for traffic.
