President Trump will be visiting the Mandan area on Wednesday, Sept. 6. He is expected to arrive at the Bismarck Airport around 2:40 p.m. and travel to the Andeavor Refinery (formerly Tesoro) around 3 p.m. The travel route has not been confirmed.
Mandan Public Schools would like to alert you to the possibility of traffic congestion and delays around the time of school dismissal. You may want to speak to your students about the fact that you may be late to pick them up. Buses may run late. Students traveling to after-school activities also should be aware of the possibility of traffic issues. MPS staff is prepared to accommodate late arriving parents and bus schedule adjustments.
