MDU power outage in NE Bismarck

UPDATE: A spokesman for MDU says a circuit serving 1300 customers was out early this morning. Power went out at about 2:30 a.m. Power was restored by 5:30 Monday morning. MDU did not know the cause.

Montana-Dakota Utilities is reporting about 1,000 homes are without power this morning.

It runs from about 19th St and Capitol Ave area to Sharloh Loop near Divide Ave.

MDU says it will be about two and a half hours until power is restored to customers.

Approximately 7 a.m. Monday morning.
