Minot Air Force Base Change Of Command

The 5th Bomb Wing at the Minot Air Force Base has a new commander.

Colonel Matthew Brooks served as Commander for 2 years but served in the Air Force for 22 years.

Now, he’s retiring and Colonel Bradley Cochran will take his place.

Before stepping into command, he served as the vice wing commander of the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.

Brooks and Cochran’s families were also recognized today for their dedication to the Air Force.
