Minot Police Arrest One for Harboring a Runaway

Minot Police report they’ve arrested 20-year-old Kendra Hoager for harboring a runaway.

Tuesday, April 4th, Minot Police received  information from N.D. Parole and Probation that a 17-year-old runaway had been located at an apartment on the 2000 block of 5th St. NW in Minot. The runaway had been tracked through an ankle monitor device. 

Officers attempted to make contact at the residence, but no one responded. After obtaining a warrant they found the runaway hiding in the residence. Police also made contact with Hoager at the time. 

Hoager was then transported to the Ward County Jail and was charged with harboring a runaway, a Class A misdemeanor. The runaway was also taken into custody and transported to the Ward County Juvenile Detention Center.
