Minot Police Department shows support for breast cancer awareness month

You’ll probably notice a lot of people wearing pink this month, that’s because October is breast cancer awareness month. 

And a local police department is making sure to show it’s support. 
The Minot Police Department will be seen wearing blue polos with a pink patch. 
They’ll also be sporting a pink ribbon pin. 
This is the 2nd year the department has participated in supporting the cause.


“This is a way for the officers to put a little personal touch on what we do not only in the money that we raise and donate but also just through our show of support as well,” said Captain John Klug.
