Minot’s Fun Zone

The cold weather can make it difficult for just about anyone wanting to burn off some energy, but the Minot Park District wants to change that.

It’s been offered for years now, the Minot Fun Zone that’s hosted Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Minot Auditorium.

Parents and their little ones can go there enjoy bouncy houses, tricycles, and many more activities.
The Minot Fun Zone is open from 9 am to 12 pm.

Now on Wednesdays they’ll host it at the Minot State Dome Bubble which is bigger and that means more room to play and run around inside.

“It’s been a topic here in our community, indoor recreation. What do you do in the winter time? You need a place to have some fun and have a place inside that’s big enough to run around and do activities,” said Executive Director Ron Merritt.

They will have organized classes like Zumba and golf when the fun zone is located at the bubble on Wednesdays
