Many roads are capable of getting a glaze of ice on them around the state this morning with highs only in the 30s and 40s. Wind stays around 15 mph from the north and northeast all day today. Any precipitation will move to the east by mid afternoon.
Cloudy conditions tonight as many lows will dip to the 20s. Tuesday, mostly cloudy skies with highs only in the 30s for most. A slight warm up to the 30s and 40s by Wednesday with 40s and 50s by Thursday. Most of this week will remain below average with minimal chances for precipitation after Monday.
