A Montana man was killed in a single-vehicle incident in McKenzie County Thursday.
The Highway Patrol says a truck was hauling insulation north on Highway 22 around 5:45 Thursday afternoon.
The driver, a 47-year-old man from Kalispell, Montana, exited the vehicle after that insulation blew out of the truck bed.
After retrieving it, authorities say the truck began backing up – causing the man to fall off and be run over by the vehicle.
The Patrol says he died on the scene.
His identity has not yet been released.
