Bismarck police report the driver of the SUV involved in the accident has been arrested for meth possession and drug paraphernalia possession.
The woman, Darci Voldness, 28, from Jamestown was not injured in the crash.
She has not been charged with any crimes directly related to the accident.
Police say she was not under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident.
Voldness has a lengthy court record with multiple driving offenses.
The man driving the motorcycle was pronounced dead at a Bismarck hospital.
One person is dead following a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV in east Bismarck.
Police say parts of East Main will be closed for several hours.
A press release says around 4 p.m. a motorcycle collided with the SUV that was making a U-Turn at the entrance to Buckstop Junction.
The 33-year-old motorcycle driver was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the SUV was not injured.
Police are putting up barricades on East Main from Expressway Avenue to North 52nd Street.
The case is under investigation.
