The vehicle 22-year-old Ulises Villalobos used to attempt to run over a Bismarck Police Officer has been located.
The vehicle was a 2013 black Chevrolet Equinox, with North Dakota license plates 166 ANF. The vehicle has a broken driver side window and has damage to one side in the rear.
Officers are still looking for Villalobos, he is described as an Hispanic male who is about 5’9″ and 170 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He is described as wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
