North Dakota Special Olympics Softball drops Saturday games

It was another tough day at the office for North Dakota Special Olympics Softball.

The host team dropped both of their games Saturday, including a close 6-5 loss at the hands of Kansas New Hope.

Lance Jahner earned plenty of strikeouts on the circle for the Roughriders, but the Bulldogs offense came up with timely hits, including an inside-the-park two-run home run that gave the Bulldogs a 5-3 lead. Despite a comeback effort, the 6-5 loss meant the hosts out of the running.
