A North Dakota man says he’s “not guilty” of sex charges against him.
31-year-old Timothy Sprenger entered the plea in district court today.

He’s accused of molesting two young children under the age of three.
The crimes allegedly happened in Minot between 2004 and 2009 and were discovered when pages of Sprenger’s journal were found by a relative in Georgia this summer.
Sprenger was arrested there and extradited to Minot to face the charges in August and admitted the crimes to investigators.
His attorney says there is no physical evidence to support the charges.

The judge set a pre-trial conference in the case for February 21st.
Sprenger faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the crime.
