Some crafty ladies got together today for the 11th annual Crafters Bee and Social.
The Old Governor’s mansion hosted everyone from beginners to veternans.
Some ladies knitted, while others crochetted or did needle point.
Ladies worked on their own pet projects, while others were knitting caps to give to babies born at Sanford Hospital
But the best part of al,l says one crafter, is getting together and enjoying more than a few laughs with friends.
“It’s one of the things you can do and still talk and laugh and have a good time,” Jacque Younger, crafter says.
These ladies say no one is too young or too old to start crafting.
And if you would like to join their local knitting club they meet every Tuesday evening at Panera Bread in Bismarck from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
