One person died and two others were hurt when the car they were in rolled over after leaving Highway 83 near Underwood Saturday night.

The Highway Patrol reports one of the two passengers in the car died.

The car was being driven by a Mandan 17-year-old when he overcorrected after wandering off the roadway slightly.

The Patrol says the car then went into the ditch and rolled, ejecting all three people, none of whom was wearing a seat belt.

The Patrol reports the passengers were a 20-year-old man from Bismarck and a 19-year-old woman from Bismarck.
