Owner of dogs in Mandan attack charged

The owner of the two dogs involved in a July 22nd attack on a mother and child in Mandan is facing charges.

Antoinette “Toni” Feck, 59, Mandan, has been charged in Mandan Municipal Court for violating the city’s “Vicious Dogs” ordinance, a Class B Misdemeanor.

On July 22nd, the two dogs got out of their yard and attacked a mother and child walking in the area near 2nd St. NW and 10th Ave NW.

People at the scene and the dogs’ owner were able to intervene and stop the attack.

The two victims were treated at a Bismarck hospital for leg and feet injuries.
