Minot’s second annual Parade of Homes will take place this weekend.
The Minot Association of Builders hosts the event to showcase 11 different homes in Burlington and Minot.
All the homes on display have been built within the last two years, some custom-built.
Only some are for sale, but each home has a different price point – starting from 139,000 and up.
The Parade of Homes is open to the public and is a good opportunity for those looking to build or remodel.
Executive Officer of the Minot Association of Builders Elysha Head said, “It’s kind of a, ‘get ideas for your home, get ideas for your future home.’ From, ‘oh I want to remodel my kitchen and their kitchen looks great,’ to ‘hey we need a new house let’s go find a new builder and this one looked awesome so let’s choose them.”
Parade of Homes will be held from 10 AM to four on Saturday afternoon and is open to the public, only five dollars per person.
There will be builder present at each house to answer any questions.
You can find more information like what you can expect and where the 11 homes are located on the Minot Association of Builders’ website.
