Part of Washington Street construction project in north Bismarck set to open again

Traffic will soon improve on north Washington Street in Bismarck.
Limited travel south of 43rd Ave and Ash Coulee Drive on Washington Street will open to one lane of traffic in each direction.
It will happen prior to the first day of school in Bismarck, which is Thursday the 25th.
The City of Bismarck says people should use caution in the area.
The traffic signal at 43rd and Washington will be working.
The area will still be under construction.
At the intersection of LaSalle Ave and Washington Street a pedestrian traffic signal will help students cross.
The Washington Street project remains under full construction and is expected to be substantially complete late this fall.
