A Minot woman accused of locking two children in a car in sub-freezing temperatures is considering a change of plea.
Victoria Harris is charged with child neglect.
Investigators say Harris locked the children she was caring for in a car for 20 minutes in 21-degree weather in January while she was in a salon.
She told police at the time she had made arrangements for a friend to come pick up the kids, but police say the friend denies having been contacted.
In court today, the prosecution and defense agreed to have a pre-sentence investigation conducted before Harris agrees to plead guilty to the charge.
She’s due back in court in July.
