Police Make Arrest Concerning Ramada Inn Altercation


Bismarck’s Police Department has arrested one person they say was involved in an altercation at the Ramada Inn Monday, December 5th. 

33-year-old Jesse McLain was arrested for terrorizing. 

On December 5th, Bismarck Police responded to the Ramada Inn. There, the victim reported being followed to the hotel by two individuals in separate vehicles. 

Then the victim says he was approached by the suspects who then made verbal threats towards him and the driver of the vehicle. 

McLain has been charged with two counts of terrorizing. 

Although an arrest has been made, Bismarck police say the investigation is ongoing.
