Police Respond to Bomb Threat at Dickinson McDonalds

At 11:15 am Sunday morning, Dickinson Police responded to a call made for a bomb threat at McDonalds, located at 212 Museum Dr.

The call was made by a blocked number, and said there was an explosive device under a seat inside the building.

The building was safely cleared so officers could investigate. Police say nothing suspicious was found, and McDonalds reopened for business at 12:45 pm.

Dickinson EMS and Fire were staged nearby during the incident. The Stark County Sheriff’s Department helped with traffic control. This investigation is pending.
