While awaiting sentencing, Red Fawn Fallis has been denied her halfway house privleges.

She had been staying there in Fargo since October. But in January, Fallis went an entire day where she was not accounted for.

She had pled guily to civil disorder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon during a Dakota Access Pipeline protest in late 2016. Per her plea deal, Fallis could face up to 7 years in prison. Her sentencing is scheduled for May.
