The Rocky Horror Picture Show is considered a cult classic.
A television remake of the 1970s film will premiere next month.
But there’s no need to wait until then to see it.
That’s because the musical version will be performed at the Old Armory in Williston this weekend and next.
(Kayla Stamp, Rocky Horror Show Cast Member) “Part of the root of Rocky Horror itself is that they used to do the movie production. And people would bring props, they’d bring toast, umbrellas, and they would throw things at the stage. And for a lot of people, that’s the experience of Rocky Horror for them. So we’re going to offer that opportunity at our Saturday performances. We’ll have goody bags with props in them so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything other than yourself or your fishnets if you’d like to.”
The show begins this Thursday at 7:30pm and runs through October 10th.
Good news if you’re a Williston State College student: you can attend the show for free.
