Gov. Doug Burgum signed an executive order Friday extending the hours of service waiver for propane haulers for another 30 days.
The extension begins immediately.
North Dakota still faces low inventories of propane due to market conditions impacted by severe weather and increased heating fuel demands, according to a press release. All road safety and vehicle compliance regulations still apply.
