It was another sunny day and temperatures were right around 90 degrees. Expect similar conditions for Monday with winds breezy at times and a lot of sunshine. There is a chance of rain showers and thunderstorms possible for Monday night and into Tuesday morning. With this, there is currently a marginal risk of severe weather possible. This means that a few severe storms are possible and strong winds and small hail are the highest threats. Once the storm passes temperatures on Tuesday will be cooler, into the 80s and breezy conditions. There will be a lot of sunshine the rest of the week as there is a high pressure system building within the Northern Plains. There is an exception as a low chance of thunderstorms does exist on Saturday. Temperatures also continue to be above average for the entire week. Average for this time of year is the mid 70s for a high and lows near 50 degrees.
Sunday night, a mainly clear sky and winds east at 5-10 mph. Lows in the mid to upper 50s, even a few 60s are possible.
Monday, a few clouds throughout the day, then possible showers developing late in the evening. Winds southeast at 5-15 mph. Highs to be near 90 degrees.
Monday night, a partly cloudy sky and showers/thunderstorms possible. Lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s, along with winds southeast/northwest at 5-15 mph. Chance of rain 60%.
