Do North Dakota drivers have a reputation for being poor drivers?

One survey apparently says yes.

Insurance service QuoteWizard ranks North Dakota drivers as the 5th worst in the nation, behind California, Nebraska, South Carolina and Maine.

Minnesota ranks #6, Montana #31 and South Dakota #35.

QuoteWizard surveyed its own user database of accidents, speeding tickets and other risk data, along with the Federal Highway Administration’s fatality database to draw its conclusions.

The state with the best drivers? Michigan.
