Small businesses in North Dakota want more tax cuts.
Local business leaders met today to talk about how recent tax breaks have helped their businesses.
They say promoting for legislators to continue to get these breaks is something that will benefit the entire state.
We spoke to one owner who says tax cuts have allowed his company to
invest in more employees and local infrastructure.
The more money that we can retain through these tax cuts is one more dollar that we can invest in our people as well as one more dollar that we can grow our business and that’s one more dollar that in all of our employees pockets which in turn is going to inevitably stimulate this entire economy,” said small business owner Kevin Black.
The tax cut discussion was put together by the Job Creators network.
