At around 6:23 p.m. on Wednesday, Minot police officers arrived to a northwest residence where they found an 18 year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds.

The shooting took place at an apartment complex at the 1600 block of Terrace Drive. The 18 year-old then fled to the second location where someone called 9-1-1.

The Community Ambulance took the victim to Trinity Hospital where he is being treated for multiple gunshot wounds, which appear to be non-life-threatening.

Authorities believe this is an isolated incident and there is no immediate danger to the general public.

No suspects are in custody at this time.
