The City of Wing is without water today.
The extreme temperature drop has caused the water tower to be unable to provide water since this morning.
ND Rural Water Systems is working to diagnose and solve the issue.
The Red Cross and some local Bismarck vendors are assisting the community with drinking water.
If residents of Wing need water they can go to the Wing Fire Hall until 10 pm tonight.
There will be a boil order in place when the system comes back online, the city will bring instructions to each residence.
