The suspect in the RJR murders in Mandan wants a different judge to hear his case.

Chad Isaak filed documents Wednesday in Morton County court asking for Judge James Hill to be disqualified from the case. There has not been a ruling on the motion.

Isaak faces four murder charges in the April homicides that killed four employees at RJR Maintenance and Management, his trial is set for September 2020.
