Friday, December 23

The 11:00 pm Christmas Eve service at the All Faith Chapel in Mouse River Park has been cancelled.

North Dakota Health and Human Services offices in Bismarck, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Fargo, Grafton, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Rolla and Valley City are closed today, December. 23, in response to hazardous weather and travel conditions. Affected offices include six of the agency’s regional human service centers and their satellite and outreach offices, and the agency’s vocational rehabilitation and child support offices

Trinity Health’s Velva clinic will open at 10:00 a.m., December 23.

The McLean County Courthouse, and NDSU-Extension-McLean County, will delay opening until noon today, December 23.

Stark County offices including the Stark County courthouse will be closed on December 23. Offices will reopen to the public on December 27 after the Christmas Holiday.

The Badlands Human Service Center, Child Support Office, and Vocational Rehabilitation Office will be closed today, December 23.

Sunday, December 25

The Congressional United Church of Christ will be closed due to weather conditions.

Monday, December 26

Mandan household garbage and recycling collection will not run on Monday, December 26. Collection will be a day late the week of December. 26: Monday’s collection will be on Tuesday; Tuesday’s collection will be on Wednesday; Wednesday’s collection will be on Thursday; Thursday’s collection will be on Friday; and Friday’s collection will be on Saturday.

Mandan City Hall offices will be closed in observance of Christmas on Monday, December 26. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, December 27.

Bismarck household garbage and recycling collection will run as normal the week of Dec. 26-30. Waste Management in Bismarck will be collecting Thursday’s Curbside Recycling on Friday, December 23, for the area east of Roosevelt and Silver Ranch.
