The Mandan Progress Organization closed several blocks on Main Street to make room for heavy machinery, and it was a unique learning event for children.
Touch-a-Truck returned for a third year.
Children were given a hands-on look at vehicles used for construction, farming, transportation and safety.
They took turns climbing in and out of the trucks and were able to ask questions about vehicle operation.
Admission to Touch-a-Truck is free, but attendees will be asked to bring a non-perishable food item that will be donated to the Aid Incorporated Food Pantry.
