A new hospital complex in Minot is now officially under construction.
Trinity Health held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new, $350 million facility this afternoon.
The project is expected to take about two years and result in a high-tech, digital-based campus with 970,000 square feet of space.
There’ll be a hospital with 208 private rooms, a clinic and medical office building supporting various specialists, and level-two trauma and emergency transport facilities.
(Randy Schwann, Trinity Health VP) “We’re using more than shovels here. We’re moving more than dirt. We’re making more possible by what’s going on here today and over the next generations to come.”
(John Kutch, Trinity Health CEO) “For the patient population we serve, we confidently share with you that we have reinvented Trinity Health to serve you better while we are building for your future to make more possible.”
Hospital officials estimate the new healthcare campus will be open for business late in 2020.
