Two men charged in William’s County with Criminal Conspiracy

News

Two men have been charged in William’s County with Criminal Conspiracy, a Class C felony.

Michael McCreary and Earl Brewer are both charged in conspiring in the attack against a Williston man.


McCreary is accused of hitting the victim in the head with a crescent wrench on the morning of March 28th.
McCreary is also accused of chasing the victim with a large knife and shouting about snitching on work.


The investigation led to text messages between the two men where Brewer is accused of ordering the hit on the victim.


Both men are being held in the Williams County Correctional Center.
McCreary is also charged with C felony aggravated assault.
